Senior Leadership Team

  • Timothy Sikorski, President
    Retired lieutenant in the New York State Police with over 22 years of experience, serving as the State Police’s liaison to the NYPD. Also 6 years of Emergency Management. Holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from St. John’s University.
  • Colin Sullivan, Vice President of Personnel
    Sergeant in the NYPD with 13 years of experience, specializing in crisis response and hostage negotiation. Holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College.
  • Craig Sikorski, Vice President of Operations
    Lieutenant in the NYPD with 13 years of experience in event coordination and criminal investigations. Holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from St. John’s University and is a doctoral candidate in Homeland Security.
